Step 4. Choose a lab based on your location

A proactive wellness plan that puts you in the driver's seat. We educate you and teach you how to take control of your health!

Your health specialist will assist you in choosing and scheduling appropriate screening tests to address your health concerns.

Your health specialist will thoroughly educate you about the target range (clinical values) LDL, HDL, A1C, required to achieve and maintain heart health

After submission, all orders are reviewed and approved by a LabCorp licensed physician​

A cholesterol test will be scheduled (blood test)

A diabetes test (blood test) will be scheduled

Assessment of client's current dietary regimen

Tests results will be reviewed by preventive health specialist
